Hot
Power

Bringing sass and pizazz to your typical power class! Expect a wicked fun flow, good vibes, lots of laughter, and sequencing that will make you sweat, sort you out and bring you to bliss in savasana.

Our Hot Power classes are hot and humid and suitable for all levels looking for a powerful work out while getting a soul-serving work in!

What to bring: water, a hand towel and a mat towel.

 

Teachers

Warm Flow

We bring smart sequencing, energetic eloquence and the perfect mix of movement, stillness, length and strength to our warm flow classes. Taught in a warm room, there’s plenty of space for breath, movement and letting things land.

Our Warm Flow classes are suitable for all levels and a good place to start if you are working with injuries or movement limitations.

What to bring: water and a hand towel

 

Teachers

Chill Out

Sometimes you just need to hug a bolster, lower the lights, bring on the essential oils, and chill out. Our Chill Out classes offer a blend of restorative and yin yoga often accompanied by seated stretching, hands-on assists and sound healing.

Our Chill Out classes are truly all levels and taught in a slightly warmed room.

What to bring: We recommend a warm layer and socks, especially in winter.
