Erin Stanton

Erin started doing yoga shortly after college and come into her practice in recent years. Yoga has helped her become more comfortable and in tune with her body. Although Erin was first interested in yoga for physical movement, the breath work and meditation are what motivated her to deepen her practice. Erin completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Chakra Power Yoga and is currently part of their 50hr Advanced Training.
