Nicole Daley
Yoga has been a part of Nicole’s life for almost 10 years. Originally coming to her mat for physical reasons, during her yoga teaching training at Chakra Power Yoga, she learned how much she needed the practice for her mental health as well. The pairing of breath work and movement has been life changing for Nicole.
In Nicole’s classes she loves to combine creative sequencing, playfulness, strength building and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive in their lives by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
Nicole’s home life is spent with her husband, 2 kids and dog. She loves the ocean, paddleboarding, and anything to do in nature, craving fresh air and movement outdoors.
