Welcome to Sudbury! We’re located in the space that was once Inner Strength Yoga and later YogaWorks. We opened in late October 2021 and can’t wait to continue to create a vibrant community and bring the yoga back to this beautiful space.
Our Sudbury studio offers Hot Power and Warm Flow classes. Our Warm classes are between 84-88. Our Hot classes are between 95-100 with added humidity.
Pre-registration is required for all of our classes. We do not register students or accept payment on site so please contact us if you need any help or have any questions.
