Max Sass

Yoga first became part of my life as a supplement to competitive sports and a love for movement. As I grew older, an interest in the mind-body connection and a search for answers led me deeper into my practice. In 2019, I traveled to Northern India where I completed my 200 Hour YTT at the Himalayan Yoga Association. In 2021, I returned to my hometown of Boston to complete my 300 Hour YTT at Down Under School of Yoga.

Throughout my journey on the path less traveled, I have lived amongst many communities, learning to become adaptable and search for the beauty in All. These are lessons I carry with me into the studio. In my class, you will find a safe and accepting space to challenge yourself joyfully. I look forward to Practicing and growing together.
