Heather Arrigo

Heather has been practicing yoga for 10 years and completed her training through Prana Power Yoga in 2015. She believes that Yoga is more than developing physical skill and flexibility. It also provides her with the tools to cultivate her mental strength, flexibility and balance. Practicing yoga shows you how to maximize your potential by being present in the moment and by tending to your energy.

As a practitioner, Heather finds the greatest benefit of yoga to be this mental training and the resulting feeling of balance and happiness. Yoga helped Heather find balance in her eating and comfort in her body. The practice has been a vital part of her healing from my pelvic surgery and managing symptoms of systemic pain. Practicing yoga has inspired Heather to believe that her choices, energy and possibility are endless.
