After many years of seeking happiness from outside sources, Kevin found yoga while searching for his true self.

Kevin grew up playing sports and later worked as a firefighter, carpenter, and paramedic in the Brockton and Taunton communities. Growing up Kevin suffered from depression, anxiety and ADD. It wasn't until he was older that he realized he had been internalizing these challenges along with all of his insecurities and fears, and at that point they had taken over his life.

Finding yoga helped Kevin find the self-awareness and self-acceptance that he always craved but never knew he was missing. The structure and consistency of a daily practice allowed Kevin to slow down his breathing and thoughts so he could become fully present and notice how he truly felt. At first Kevin attended mostly power classes looking for a workout and a balance from a lifetime of being an athlete, but these days Kevin enjoys a variety of different styles of yoga classes allowing an opportunity to be still and surrender.

Yoga has helped Kevin cope with so many life challenges and he hopes as a teacher to watch, see and help other people's lives be saved by this practice.

Expect Kevin's classes to be physically, mentally & spiritually powerful and challenging. You will leave feeling strong in body and soul with the awareness of a new part of yourself.
