Olivia Krause
Olivia is a recent graduate from Chakra Power Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She has always enjoyed many forms of physical movement—especially outdoors in her home state of New Hampshire. An avid runner, Olivia started her yoga journey as a means to support her muscles and quiet thoughts that often ran faster than her.
Olivia’s practice gradually expanded beyond stretching sore muscles and solidified during her time at Boston College. Since graduating in May ‘21, she has been fully immersed in the wonders of yoga and its community. In addition to teaching at CPY, she works part-time at another local studio, where she greets students and assists with opening and closing the space.
In the past, Olivia has shared yoga with her three sisters, Montessori summer campers, female-identifying college students and the broader Boston community. She is thrilled to be teaching in the CPY Waltham studio, where her connection to yoga and its energetic wonders was nurtured throughout her training with Nicole and Kris.
Commercial banker by day, yogi by night (sometimes mornings, too), Olivia returns to the practice continuously to find community, strength and balance—in the physical practice and the practice of life. As a teacher, Olivia strives to share yoga’s energetic power and healing with the world.
